Terms and Conditions, Shipping policy And Refunds You can find our next dispatch date on the announcement banner on our website. Please make sure you have read and understood when your order will be dispatched before you place your order as standard ordering times may vary seasonally.

 

Orders placed between midday Wednesday and midday Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, excluding bank holidays, when they will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

Orders placed from 12. 01pm Saturday to 11. 59am Wednesday will be dispatched Thursday.

 

Your dispatch date will be stated on the announcement banner at the top of the webpage before purchasing, make sure you are aware of this date. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm your purchase.

 

Only brownies, blondies, cinnamon cupcakes, decorative biscuits and cookies can be posted.

Cupcakes and celebration cakes can only be collected or personally delivered in which case we will charge extra according to the calculation of milage, and time spent to the delivery post code.

Postal Orders sent via Royal Mail

 

Our postal brownies, blondies and cookies can be sent across Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Scottish Highlands via Royal Mail Tracked24 Delivery. (AB30-56, FK17- 21, G83, HS, IV, K A27-28, K W, PA20-80, PH17-26, PH30-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR 21-25, PO30-41)

 

If you have selected Express shipping at checkout, your order will be sent in our next dispatch date, via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm).

• Once your order is dispatched from our bakery you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

• Please note that we offer Royal Mail delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Tracked24 aims for next day delivery but is not guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any delivery issues, including late deliveries, once the order has been dispatched from our kitchen. However, we will always do our very best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.

• Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address.

• Please note that our postal brownies and blondies may not fit through the letterbox. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.

 

E-Gift Cards

 

MsCozykitchen e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online only and through our website. Codes are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

e-Gift cards are non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

Orders made using an e-Gift card are subject to the terms and conditions of our delivery service.

Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases, nor can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Gift vouchers codes will be sent via email and you may forward it directly to the recipient, or print it out as a physical copy.

 

Refund Policy

 

All of our brownies, blondies, cakes and cupcakes are baked to order, and we do not accept returns.

Postals - Refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product, or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your postal bakes upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. MsCozyKitchen will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. While we take great care to package our products securely for postal delivery, on rare occasions breakages and damage can occur in transit. This will not warrant a refund.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. This will be at the discretion of MsCozyKitchen Cakes & Bakes.

 

Celebration Cakes

 

Customers who have made full payment, and received a confirmation email from us, are entitled to a full refund on the total payment, for cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the requested date, and a 50% refund for orders cancelled 7 days before the collection/delivery date. Orders cancelled within 5 days of delivery/collection will not be entitled to a refund, although refunds and credit notes may be given at our discretion.

 

We hope that you will love your order. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your celebration cake, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, by sending an email to info@ mscozyktichen.co.uk, including relevant photographic evidence of the issue. MsCozyKitchen Cakes & Bakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

 

We will require you to return the product to us for inspection in the event of a complaint. Subject to our report on the claimed damage, we will provide a refund, credit note, or a replacement order to the same value of the returned product in the event that the product(s) are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality.

 

MsCozyKitchen Cakes & Bakes Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning your unusable goods to us.

 

Any credits or refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.
